The Church of St Augustine Kilburn

The Church of St Augustine Kilburn is an Anglo-Catholic Parish Church of the Church of England with proud tradition of serving its vibrant and diverse community with an active programme of worship and outreach. Founded in 1870, Consecrated in 1880 and affectionately known as ‘The Cathedral of North London’ is a Grade I listed building and a fine example of Victorian Gothic Revival architecture.

The local community is vibrant and diverse, with the church welcoming worshippers from far and wide who are drawn to St Augustine’s long-established tradition of worship, mission and outreach in Kilburn, Maida Vale and the wider London area.

The Church serves as both the spiritual hub of both the local community and the two Federated Schools playing an active part in the daily lives of staff, students and parent/carers.

Every Year Group attends and contributes to its own mass in Church once a term. Additional services in St Augustine’s Church include Christmas Carols and Nativity, Ash Wednesday and the Year 6 Leavers’ Service. These add to the children’s spiritual nourishment and development.
